Where is your store located                                                                    

We don't have a physical store front and operate online only. All purchases are made and shipped.

 

Return Policy                                                                                                 

We want you to enjoy your item from Steppin'Out Boutique, but due to the nature of our business all sales are final as we make each item as ordered, so please check your selection prior to completing your order. We do guarantee our work, so if there is a problem with an item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@steppinoutboutique.com or through the Contact Us link.

**WE WILL NOT REFUND DUE TO WRONG SIZING**
We do inspect each item carefully before shipping and for any reason if there is a defect in item we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving, along with proof or picture of defect in item. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been damaged or worn.

 Shipping

All items are made and processed within (5) business days not including shipping, excluding all weekends and holidays. For custom orders time will vary depending on the amount of shirts needed, but usually processed within 2 weeks. 

 ***URGENT ORDER***

 If your needing your order sooner than processing date, please upgrade by adding the rush production fee listing. ADDING THE RUSH PRODUCTION FEE ONLY TAKES CARE OF GETTING YOUR ITEM MADE SOONER AND NOT THE SHIPPING. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING FROM FIRST CLASS TO PRIORITY MAIL DURING CHECKOUT.

PLEASE INSURE IF YOUR ORDERING AROUND A HOLIDAY, BIRTHDAY, SPECIAL EVENT ETC... TO KEEP THIS IN MIND IF YOUR SHIPPING OPTION ISN'T UPGRADED FROM FIRST CLASS TO PRIORITY MAIL DURING CHECKOUT. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING DELAYS OR DELAYS DUE TO THE WEATHER.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NOTES IN ORDER MENTIONING YOUR NEEDING YOUR ORDER BY CERTAIN DATE WITHOUT ADDING THE RUSH PRODUCTION FEE

 

 *Please verify shipping information is correct before submitting order. If package is returned due to incorrect/undeliverable/invalid address, you the buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost upon returning.

Care Instructions                                                                                        

Hand wash or wash inside out on gentle cycle in cold water only. Please tumble dry low or hang/lay flat to dry. 

 Payment                                                                                                        

We accept all major credit card payments and paypal. Paypal is a secured form of payment checkout. Account isn't required to send payment through paypal. 

 

What shirt styles and is black the only color option                                    

We only carry black in shirt color due to high demand. Other shirt colors are available by request only, as well as other shirt styles.

Is the necklace included with the shirt purchase
